corse ground sirloin
6oz hatch green chile
1/2 oz cooked bacon
lighty and diced fine 1oz grilled onions
2 rounds 1/2" thick sour dough roll (homemade)
Start your sourdough, a couple of days in advance of meal. The day of meal make rolls and let rise 8 hours. bake at 425 for 12 minutes. mix the green chile, sirloin, and bacon together and make burger patties. slow grill the onions so they are carmalized keep warm. use cajun dry rub on burger meat. grill meat until done. lightly butter bun and toast on grill put the grilled onions on bottom of bun than add the cooked burger, than avacado lettuce pickles and top with bun.
