Black Bean Burgerito

Pairs well with:

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


4 medium tomatoes, quartered
1 jalepeno, chopped
1/2 cup loose cilatro
1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion
juice of one lime
2 tablespoon salt
1 lb ground chuck
1 lb ground sirloin
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Black Bean Cheese Topping:
1 can Black Beans, drained
1 4-ounce package cream cheese
6 large ciabatta rolls
6 slices sharp chedder cheese



For Salsa, Combine all salsa ingredients in food processor or hand chopper until fine. For Burgers, In medium bowl, mix ground chuck, ground sirloin, salt, and pepper. Make into 6 patties. Grill on Med/High each side about 5 minutes. For Black Bean Cheese Topping, Once burgers on grill, start the side burner on med/high heat. Put black beans and cream cheese into sauce pan, stirring until warm and bubbly (about 8 minutes). Toast the ciabatta rolls. Layer bottom roll with chedder cheese. Add 2 tablespoons of salsa. Put on the burger. Top with 2 tablespoon black bean cheese topping. Put on top roll. Serve and Enjoy!
