ground beef for four patties
1/4 cup bleu cheese
1 sliced onion
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp butter
4 kaiser rolls

slice onion a day earlier, and let marinate in Sutter Home zinfandel. In a bowl, mix all powder ingredients with ground beef, and form 4 patties. on a grill, or in the oven – cook to med. rare, then blacken the burgers, either on your grill, or in a pan. sautee the onion slices in your butter, until carmelized, then put onions and bleu cheese on top of each burger, as they cook to medium, and melt the cheese naturally – then serve with your favorite bottle of Sutter Home!
