Blazing Buffalo Burger

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp. dry white wine
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 cup wing sauce
4 slices provolone cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
vegetable oil, 2 inches high in pan
4 sesame buns
1 bag curly Q fies
white vinegar

 

Instructions

1. heat the oil in the pan to medium high heat. 2. mix the ground chicken, wine, garlic, salt and pepper together and form into patties. 3. pan fry the patties, flipping once. 4. chicken burgers are done when they are slightly brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 5. remove patties and toss with the wing sauce. 6.grill the buns until very toasty. 7. place burger on bun, and top with cheese, and blue cheese dressing. 8. deep fry curly fries, until very crispy and serve with vinegar.
