1 and 1/2 oz. of bleu cheese
1/2 oz. of thick teriaki sauce
garnish of french fried onion rings
2 toasted slices of marble rye bread



grill or pan fry the beef patty. just before burger is medium well top with bleu cheese to melt. toast the marble rye bread. place burger on toasted rye bread and finish with teriaki sauce and fried onion rings.
