Bleu-Sky Burgers

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.


1 1/2lbs. ground chuck
1 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original seasoning
6 Hamburger Buns
1 large Vidalia Onion
6 tbs. Stilton Blue Cheese
6 tbs. Sour Cream
6 tbs. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt



Lightly hand form ground chuck into 6 loosely packed burgers. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash onto both sides of the 6 burgers. Place on medium hot grill for 5 minutes per side. In the meantime, crumble the Stilton Blue Cheese into less than dime size pieces in a bowl. Add to the bowl Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, and Garlic Salt. Mix lightly, so that the cheese remains chunky. Slice Vidalia Onion into 1/4 inch slices – one for each burger. Place burgers on buns, top with onion slices, and top that with 2 tbs. of Blue Cheese sauce.
