Blue Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Burgers

2lbs. ground chuck
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
1 T. dijon mustard
1/2 t. black pepper
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. garlic salt
6 1 oz. slices of blue cheese
6 slices of bacon (crumbled)
6 soft kaiser rolls
6 tomato slices
Oil for grill



Mix first seven ingredients together in a large bowl. When thoroughly mixed form into 12 approx. 1/4 inch patties. Top six of the patties with a slice of blue cheese and 1/6 of the crumbled bacon. Top each with a second patty and seal edges. Oil grill to help prevent patties from sticking. Cook patties over medium hot coals, turning once, to an inside temperature of 160 degrees F. Place kaiser rolls on grill to toast slightly just before patties a done. Remove patties and rolls from the grill. Place patties on rolls top with tomato slices and serve immediately.
