Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
12 bacon strips, cooked to crispy
6 lettuce leaves
6 thick slices of tomato
6 hamburger buns with sesame seeds



Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.

Divide ground beef into 6 patties. Grill, covered on medium, for 5-7 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

Split buns and divide the cream cheese mixture between the bun tops. Place the burger, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on the bottom bun and top with the cream cheese/bun top.
