Blue cheese burger with dijon bacon

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.

Ingredients:

1 pint of mayonaise
1 large pack of bacon bits–do NOT use imitation
2 bunched of green onions-chopped with the tops
–mix and set aside for 2 hours
2 lbs of ground beef
1 tbs. of Weber gourmet hamburger seasoning
8 ozs. of crumbled blue cheese
18 pieces of thick sliced bacon
1 cup of honey dijon mustard
2 large onions–sliced
6 Roma tomatoes–these have a meatier taste-sliced
1 bag of whole leaf salad spinach leaves
6 large onion rolls

Instructions:

Mix Mayonaise, bacon and chopped onions and refrigerate for a ood 2 hours. Mix ground beef, seasoning, and blue cheese well. Divide into 6 and pat into firm patties. Turn “ONE” side of grill to medium, and swab each slice of bacon and cook on the grill until browned but not burned. Remove and cook sliced onions in bacon rendering until carmelized and soft, set aside on grill to keep warm. Place each patty on the grill on the heated side and leave on each side for a 10 minutes. Check to see that not burning occasionally. Gently toast buns while cookig burgers. Remove buns and remove patties.
***On each bun, spread about a tbs. of the mayonaise mixture on the bottom, cover with sliced tomatoes, spinach leaves, place burger, bacon (3 per burger), and onions. Put about a tbs. of the mayonaise mixture on top bun, cover and serve.
