Blue Cheese Ground Lamb Burger
- 3 Pounds. Ground lamb
- 1/4 Cup minced sweet onions
- 1/4 Cup minced mild pepper rings
- sliced cheddar cheese
- salt/pepper to taste
- Combine ground lame, onions, pepper rings and salt/pepper. Form into patty and grill until burger is medium.
- Assemble burger with mayo on the bun, lettus add the cooked burger and the cheddar cheese on top.
