Blue Cheese Ground Lamb Burger


  • 3 Pounds. Ground lamb
  • 1/4 Cup minced sweet onions
  • 1/4 Cup minced mild pepper rings
  • sliced cheddar cheese
  • lettus
  • tomato
  • mayo
  • salt/pepper to taste


  • Combine ground lame, onions, pepper rings and salt/pepper. Form into patty and grill until burger is medium.
  • Assemble burger with mayo on the bun, lettus add the cooked burger and the cheddar cheese on top.
  • Enjoy.
