Ingredients

ground sirlon
red onion
worchertshire sauce
blue cheese
pineapple rings
jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)

Instructions

Make 2 patties (not very thick) for each burger. On one patty place strips of jalepeno pepper (about 7 thin strips), one pineapple ring and blue cheese, and sprinkle with worchesrshire. Place the 2nd patty on top and crimp burgers together. Grill until done and serve with red onion ketchup on a good quality bun..you can also add bacon on top for more flavor.
