Bob-O’s Teriyaki Burgers

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.


3 pounds ground meat
1 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade (liquid)
1/3 cup Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Steak Seasoning (dry, powder)- to taste.
Salt/pepper- optional



Mix all ingredients thoroughly (except steak seasoning) in a large bowl, by hand. Make patties by hand, large in size, approximately 1 inch thick and layer on a large plate or serving dish. Let sit for about 1/2 hour, refrigerated. Preheat a gas grill (preferred) to medium heat. Slow cook burgers on the grill's upper shelf (away from the flames), according to taste- flipping burgers after a few minutes. While grilling, sprinkle steak seasoning liberally on both sides.
