Boggle Burgers

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


Boggle Burgers 
2 pounds of freshly ground top sirloin (or other high grade ground beef)
1 package dry onion soup
4 pats of sliced chilled butter( approximately one tsp. for each pat)
2 tsp. of Kosher salt
3 Tbl of steak seasoning
4 sourdough or tuscan style rolls



Mix toghether the dry onion soup mix with the chopped meat. Shape into 4 hamburgers. Carefully slice each hamburger horizontally into two halves and place a pat of butter in the middle of each bottom half of each burger. Replace the top portion and gently push to secure the top to the bottom. Mix the Kosher salt with the steak seasoning and coat all sides of each burger. Cook burgers either in a grill pan or on a barbque grill. Remove when done and let sit 3- 5 minutes then place on bun. Serves 4
