Prepare charcoal grill or a gas grill to medium hot heat.
To make the sauce, combine black beans, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, taco mix and cilantro in a blender or a food processor. Mix thouroughly.
To make the patties, combine ground beef, seasoned salt, taco mix, chipotle pepper sauce, and worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Do not overmix. Divide mixture and form into 6 patties. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Place patties on grill and cook 4-5 minutes until the bottom is browned. Flip the burgers and cook another 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
Spread butter on hamburger buns and place on grill during the last couple minutes of cooking to lightly toast them.
When burgers are finished, place burger on bottom bun, top with border sauce and garnish with chopped tomato, onion and cilantro.
