All American Classic Cheeseburger
1-1/2 pound 75% ground beef (make into 6 ¼ pound patties)
12 strips of bacon
3 tablespoon of miracle whip
3 tablespoon of yellow mustard
3 tablespoon of ketchup
6 leaves of lettuce
6 slices of tomatoes
6 slices of red onion
6 slices of Cheddar Cheese
12 slices of Kosher dill pickles
6 Bulky Rolls
3 tablespoon of butter



1) Preheat the grill to 450 degree
2) In a pan, cook the bacon till crispy
3) Place the beef patties on the grill for 2-3 minutes
4) Turn the beef patties over and top with bacon and cheddar cheese. Cook for another 3-4 minutes
5) Butter all the bulky rolls. Place them on the grill till it has a nice charred marks
6) Spread mustard and miracle whip on the bulky rolls.
7) Top with beef patties, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles.
8) Squeeze ketchup on to burgers and covered with top side of bulky rolls. Served
