nonstick cooking spray
1 pound hamburger
1 pound ground pork sausage
season salt
12 slices bacon
6 frozen hash brown patted with paper towels
6 3oz slices of ham
6 eggs
6 large hamburger buns
6 slices american cheese



put charcoal in the grill and sprinkle with the lighter fluid. light the coals. line half of the grill with foil and spray with the cooking spray. let it get hot, it should be ready when the coals are white on the edges. while waiting for the coals, mix the hamburger and the pork sausage until mixed well. shape into 6 1\3 pound pattys. sprinkle both sides lightly with the season salt and place on the grill, place the bacon and hash brown pattys on the foil and lightly season and shut the cover for about 10 minutes or till edges look cooked, flip the burgers, hash browns and bacon. when bacon gets done, remove and put in the paper towel to absorb the grease. put the ham slices on the foil to cook, also put the eggs on the foil and cook them to the hard stage, turning as nessessary. when all is close to being done, place the buns on the grill, just to warm. now layer the patty, ham,hash brown patty,& egg, top with american cheese and 2 slices of bacon. place the burger on the warmed bun and enjoy.
