Brenda’s Juicy Burgers

1 lb 75% lean hamburger
1/8 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 cup worchester sauce
1 small onion, sliced and rings separated
1 foil bag
4 ice cubes



Mix hamburger, salt, pepper and onion powder in medium size bowl. Pour worchester sauce over mixed hamburger and let set for 5 minutes. Mix hamburger until all sauce has been absorbed. Patty into 4 burgers. Place burgers on medium hot grill until brown on both sides. While burgers are browning, open foil bag, put half of the sliced onion rings on the bottom of the bag. Put browned hamburgers on top of onion rings. Then spread other half of onion rings on top of burgers. Put the 4 ice cubes on top and seal foil bag. Lower grill to lowest setting and put foil bag on grill. Cook 15 minutes, flip bag and cook another 15 minutes. This is for medium to well burgers. Remove bag from grill, slice open bag, be careful of the steam, and enjoy the best burger you have ever had!
