Ingredients
1/2 lb of turkey breast ground
2 slices of low sodium swiss cheese
2 Slices of small white onion
Steak sauce
2 tablespoons light mayonaise
1 whole wheat or multi grain bun
Instructions
take half pound split in half…make patties…place 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of cheese on top of 1 patty, followed with a-1 poured on not too heavy…then place other patty on top.. now brown both sides..cooking slowly not to burn..about 5-10 min…then cook on one side add other slice of cheese once cooked well add mayonaise to both sides of bun…place burger on bun then onion on top…with more steak sauce…and EAT! YUMM
