Experimenting at Home for my family

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef or ground chuck
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons siracha chili paste
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 cup of onion
1 tomato
1 avocado
12 leaves of lettuce
2 cups mozzarella
six hamburger buns

Instructions:

Mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, and curry together. Form 6 patties and place on a medium high grill until done, 8 minutes on the first side and flip to allow 6-7 minutes on the other side. While the patties grill, mix vinegar, siracha, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and onion in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until slightly thickened, 4-5 minutes. Set aside the sauce to keep warm but not continue cooking. Slice tomato and avocado. Grill buns 1-2 minutes until nicely toasted.
Layer lettuce onto bottom bun and then the burger patty on top of lettuce. Sprinkle on the cheese generously. Spoon sauce over patties, top with tomato and avacado, spread remaining sauce lightly on the top bun and place it on burger.
