Brie Burger

Reach for our Chardonnay when you’re in the mood for a rich and creamy wine that delights with the fruity flair of pear, apple, and peach.

Ingredients

1) 1.5 lbs. ground sirloin
2) 2 Tablespoons tamari sauce
3) 1 teaspoon Grey Poupon Mustard
4) 2 teaspoons rosemary garlic seasoning
5) Pam spray
6) 6 slices fresh tomato
7) 12 leaves Boston lettuce
8) Alouette Creme Brie
9) 6 Kayser rolls

 

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl combine 1.5 lbs ground sirloin, 2 Tbsp tamari sauce, 1 tsp Grey Poupon mustard and 2 tsp rosemary garlic seasoning. Mix well and let stand. 2. Spray a cold grill with Pam spray and then heat on med-high for approximately 5 minutes or til up to temp. 3. While grill is heating, form the burger mixture into 6 equal size burgers and place on plate to take to the grill. 4. slice 1 large fresh tomatoe into 6 slices and clean a head of Boston lettuce saving 12 leaves. 7. Place the 6 burgers on the heated grill and grill for approximately 7 minutes per side for med-well. 8. While the burgers cook you can split 6 Kayser rolls and take them to the grill area along with a container of Alouette creme.9.a couple of minutes before removing burgers from the grill spread each burger with the creme brie and place the Kayser rolls cut side down on the grill just long enough to lightly toast. 10. Remove bottom of roll, place a burger on each and place top along side 11 Take burgers to kitchen or table where a slice of tomato and 2 Boston lettuce leaves are added along with the Kayser roll top. Done. Enjoy!
