Brown Sugar Bacon Burger

Brown Sugar Sauce:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
12 slices of bacon
2 pounds ground beef
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
½ cup water
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
6 slices pineapple rings
6 sesame seed hamburger buns



In sauce pan on grill, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir until melted. Add honey. Set aside. In same sauce pan, fry bacon until crisp. Set aside. In large bowl combine ½ of brown sugar sauce, ground beef, salt, pepper, and water. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Grease grill with oil. Grill burgers over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Grill pineapple rings. Grill buns until warm. Spread remaining brown sugar sauce on buns. Place burger, 1 pineapple ring and 2 slices of bacon on each bun and serve.
