Bruce’s Zinburger

Pairs well with:

White Zinfandel

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.

Ingredients

1. 2 to 3 lbs ground chuck
2. 1 tsp Season All
3. 2 cloves chopped garlic
4. 1 tsp onion powder
5. 1 tsp spicy seasoning
6. 1/2 tsp black or white pepper
7. 1 tsp Steak Seasoning
8. 1/4 cup Sutter Home White Zinfandel
9. 1/4 cup olive oil
10. 1/4 cup Worcestershire

 

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. 2. Form patties that are about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and approximately 4 inches round 3. Grill burgers until medium well or well done 4. Serve on a Kaiser Bun with lettuce, tomato, Vidalia onion, Colby cheese and your choice of condiments
