Bubba’s Burger

ground chuck,(2#)
chicken breast,(2 lg)
pork loin,(1 sm,pre pkg)
shrimp,(6 lg)
vermont white cheddar cheese,(6 med slices)
french dressing,(1/2 C)
fresh garlic,(6 cloves)
salt and pepper,(to taste)
tomato,(6 slices)
bib lettace,(6 leaves)
whole wheat bun. (6)
Olive oil (3Tbs)



Into gound chuck, add 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, salt and pepper to taste, mix together, pack tightly into a medium bowl, refrigerate. Fry bacon, (well done), set on paper towel to drain grease. Boil chicken breasts, and pork for 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool.(thinly slice 6 pieces each) Flip shrimp in a frying pan with 1 Tbs oilve oil until pink. Remove and finely mince. Into 1/2C french dressing, crumble bacon and add minced shrimp. Mix together to a sauce. Cover hands with olive oil, and make 36 thin patties from chilled ground chuck. Layer 1 beef pattie, one slice chicken, 1 beef, 1 slice cheese, 1 beef, 1 tomato, 1 beef, 1 layer sauce, 1 beef, 1 lettace leaf, 1 beef. Pinch sides together to make a solid burger. Grill medium to medium/well. Serve on a large whole wheat bun.
