bubba’s dill pickle burger

Imagine sipping a lighter Merlot. This fresh, pale-pink wine is a nice change from traditional red or white wines.


2 Lbs.beef ground sirloin
2 tsp. steak seasoning
5 stacker dill pickles
pinch salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
6 thick slices of cheddar cheese
dijon mustard
6 whole wheat buns toasted



place the 5 stacker dill pickles onto paper towels to drain. wait 2 mins and change the paper towels again wait 2 more minutes and pat dry. cut out the center of pickle slices where soft. dice the slices up into medium size chunks. Place ground sirloin into bowl and add steak seasoning,salt,pepper and dill chunks. Mix together, careful not to over work the beef. form into 6 patties and place on hot grill.add ceddar cheese on top until melted. place the buns on grill last few minutes of grilling the burgers to toast. spread dijon mustard onto buns
