Buckin Buffalo Blue Burger

3 Celery stalks chopped
1/2Cup Red Onion chopped
1Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Buffalo Wing sauce
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/4tsp garlic powder
Buckin Buffalo Blue Burger:
1 Cup Snyders of Hanover Hot Buffalo Wing pieces (pounded into small peices)
1 1/2lb Ground Beef
1 Cup crumbled Blue Cheese
1 tsp pepper
1/2tsp salt
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil



Sauce: Blend all ingredients into a bowl until well mixed. Cover and chill while Burgers cook. Buckin Buffalo Blue Burger: Place ground beef into large mixing bowl. Place the 1 cup of Synders of Hanover Hot Buffalo Wing pieces into a plastic bag. Using a rolling pin pound into small peices. Put Synders of Hanover Hot Buffalo Wing pieces in bowl with ground beef. Place the Crumbled Blue Cheese, Pepper, Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil in bowl with ground beef. Slowly mix all ingredients with hands until combined. Seperate into 6 patties. Place upon grill. grill at medium high temperture 15 minutes perside for well done burger. Using a kaiser Bun place a generous amount of sauce on top of bun. Place Burger on bun close and serve.
It is important not to over flip burger on grill. Try to place burger out of direct flame when grilling. When pounding Synders of Hanover Hot Buffalo Wing pieces it is okay to have pieces of different size as this will add to the curosity of flavor.
