Buena Vista Burger

Buena Vista Burgers (makes 4)
1 1/2 pounds ground pork
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
8 thin dill pickle slices
4 thin slices deli ham
4 slices swiss cheese
Djion mustard
4 hoagie buns



Bring gas or charcoal grill to medium high heat. Combine first 11 ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands. Form four (4), inch-thick patties. Grill burgers for about 6 minutes per side. Top with pickles, ham and cheese until cheese melts (about 2 minutes). Serve on buns spread with Djion mustard.
