Ingredients

Blue Cheese Spread:
1/3 Cup blue cheese salad dressing (such as Marie’s)
2 Tablespoons ranch salad dressing
1 teaspoon celery seed
4 ounces Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled

Buffalo Sauce:
1/3 Cup unsalted butter
1/2 Cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

Patties:
2.25 pounds ground sirloin
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Vegetable oil for grill rack
6 Kaiser rolls, split
1 1/2 Cups mixed baby salad greens

Instructions

To make the Blue Cheese Spread, mix together blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing, and celery seed. Stir in Maytag Blue Cheese. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Preheat gas grill to medium.

When grill is ready, make the Buffalo Sauce by melting butter in small saucepan on grill rack. Stir in hot sauce and remove from heat; set aside.

To make Patties, combine sirloin, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 balls; pat and press into shape.

Rub grill rack with vegetable oil. Brush patties with Buffalo Sauce and place on grill rack. Grill covered 6-8 minutes. Flip, brush with sauce, and grill covered 6-8 minutes more. Brush again with sauce and remove from grill. During the last 1-2 minutes of grilling place Kaiser rolls, cut sides down, on outer edge of grill rack and lightly toast.

To assemble burgers, brush cut sides of Kaiser rolls with Buffalo Sauce. Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Spread Blue Cheese Spread on patties evenly among the 6 burgers. Top evenly with greens and top half of buns.
