21/2lbs. regular ground beef
1/8 cup Sutter Home Cabernet
4-5 cloves garlic
2T. dark brown sugar
1 T. dark sesame oil
1tsp. Colavita olive oil
1tsp. pear juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Garnishes: Sliced cucumber in Sambal (asian hot sauce)
Nice buns
Kettle Chips, sprinkled with asian chili powder



First put ground beef in a large bowl add salt and mix Then take all other ingredients pressing garlic and mix in seperate bowl til sugar dissolves, add to meat mixture,mix and let marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour. Make into patties and bbq over hot coals , wood coal is preffered. Serve on toasty bun add 3 pieces cucumber sambal, spicy kettle chips on the side! Delish
