Burger for Particular People
one half pound low fat hamburger [ground beef]
chopped white onions one tablespoonful
chopped mushrooms one tablespoonful
one tsp of cheese, gouda or swiss
dijon mustard [Grey Poupon]
sourdough bread sliced or bun
Saute the onions and mushrooms, place them with the cheese in the meat: round patty made into a closed pocket to hold the cheese, mushrooms and onions. grill the patty to taste, place on bread or bun with mustard on bottom and slice of fresh tomato, then patty then lettuce then top of bread or bun that has been spread thickly with avocado.
