1 1/2 Pounds of Ground Beef
½ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Pepper
½ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
¼ Cup Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 scallions finely chopped
2 tablespoons grey Poupon Dijon mustard
¼ Cup Sutter Home Zinfandel Wine
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
½ Bag (4.5 ounces) of lightly salted potato chips
6 Slices Muenster cheese

First prepare potato chips by placing in a large zip lock back and crushing into a fine mixture with a rolling pin. Next combine Beef, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Buffalo Wing Sauce, Scallions, Mustard, Wine, and Feta Cheese in a large mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix with hands until all ingredients are well incorporated. Add crushed chips and mix again. Form six square patties by hand. Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap in fridge for at least an hour. Take burgers out and bring to room temperature about 20 minutes before lighting grill. Heat Grill and brush with oil to prevent sticking. Grill burgers to desired finish. Right before removing from grill, top each burger with a slice of muenster cheese until cheese is slightly melted. Serve on square artisan bread,Enjoy!
