drizzle of Hot sauce kicker optional
1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions:

In a large bowl put all burger ingredients in, and mix with a spoon to not compact meat.
Form 6 patties, set aside.
Next make the Creamy Buttermilk Blue Cheese Sauce by first whipping the cream cheese, adding the buttermilk and ranch dressing, mixing well than the blue cheese, mayonnaise, and then stir in the sliced celery.
Cover and chill.
Split the kaiser rolls in half lengthwise.
make the Hot Sauce Kicker next by combining the melted butter and hot sauce.
Cover and set aside.
Pre heat grill to medium high.
Grill burgers to how you like them done.
The last 5 minutes of cooking, toast the cut sides of the rolls.
Put one burger on the toasted bottom half of the bun, drizzle some blue cheese sauce over maybe 1 tablespoon, top with 2 tablespoons onion rings, drizzle of hot sauce kicker (if you dare), and some shredded lettuce.
