Butter Burger

Ingredients

1 1/2 pds of ground beef brisket
1/2 sweet onion
3 tbs chopped fresh parsley
5 tbs butter room temp.
sea salt
pepper
Toppings
Chedder cheese
6 sesame buns

 

Instructions

Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high Pulse onion in food processor, then add to gound brisket. Add salt and pepper. Mix parsley into butter to make a compound butter. Form 6 patties and place a piece of butter in the middle of each patty. Make sure butter is covered by meat. Place the patties on the rack, cover, and cook, turning once, just until the juices run clear when the patties are pierced in the center, about 5 -7 minutes on each side. Place cheese 1 minute before ready to take off grill.
