Instructions
I put a stick of softened butter in a bowl, and combine it with 1/2 teaspoon each of finely chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, chives, marjoram, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until the herb butter is well blended.
I mix the herb/spice butter into 2 Pounds of ground chuck until evenly distributed and patty the meat mixture up into 6 equal sized patties.
I cook the patties on a hot (400ˇ) charcoal grill, 5 minutes on each side, turning once.
The patties are served on buns I’ve lightly toasted in the oven for 3 minutes (at 400ˇ).
