2lbs Ground 80% to 90% lean
6 tablespoons of sutter home cabernet
3 tablespoons italian breadcrumbs
1/4 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
First pour yourself a glass of the cabernet to enjoy while your preparing the burgers. put everything but the beef into a bowl and mix well.You want the sauce to be a medium consistancy add another table spoon of cabernet if needed. add the beef and mix together your hands (clean work best). after mixing well softly pat out your burgers into 1/4 lb patties. Do not over pat your meat because the wine and the meat will becomme bruised.
