Slice mushrooms very thin and sautee them in Cabernet Sauvignon until tender,(until they have absorbed the wine and are redish in color) Remove from pan onto paper towle to drain completly.
Mash avocadoe into a paste and spread on one quarter pound ground sirloin all the way out to the edge. Put mushrooms single layer in the center but not quite to the edge. Now put second sirloin patty on top and press the edges(gently) to seal together. Cook on medium heat source until done. Too heigh heat may seperate pattyies.
