ground beef. 3 tsp.sutter home cabernet, 2tsp. onion,vegatable soup mix.1 lg roasted garlic,1/2 cup raisins , 1cup shedded pepper jack cheese, 1 cup shedded chedar cheese, 2Tlb. butter,1/2 cup milk, 3 tps. heavy cream salt and pepper


mix beef,wine and soup mix ,press together to make patties cover and place in frig.roast garlic in oven peel and lpace in food processor add raisins and pluse until chopped,set a side ,melt butter in sauce pan add milk,and both cheeses melt together stirring until creamy add a spash of heavy cream take off heat and stir in garlic and raisins cover and set aside, grill burgers to desired doneness place on butterd grilled bun bottom pour the cheese sauce over the burger,place buttered grilled topbun
