cajun delight burgers

Ingredients

1 lb of ground chuck
1 lb of ground sirloin
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs(plain)
add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to bread crumbs
1/4 cup sutter wine-your choice
6-8 slices of pepper jack or hot pepper cheese
5 large jalapenos, sliced in half lengthwise,seeded,and roasted
2 loaves of french bread,toasted, sliced in fouths and in half
lettuce
tomatoes, 8 slices
onions, sliced, 8 rings
pickles
jalapeno mayo

Instructions

mix the first 7 ingredient,.then add cheese to make into patties. Save 1 pepper to dice finely to put into mayonaisse to makeijalapeno flavored mayo. the other peppers cut into halves will garnish burgers.cook patties for approximately 10=15 minutes.over medium heat on grill. toast french bread on grill. add flavored mayo on bread. top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. serves 6-8 ppl/
