Cajun grilled shrimp Poboy

You won’t need a bouquet of flowers when you share our Pinot Grigio. This crisp wine with floral aromas is a wonderful way to make an entrance.


1lb of ground shrimp
1/3 cup of panko
1-2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
1 teaspoon of powdered onion
1 teaspoon
of paparika
Couple dashes of hot sauce
2 cloves of garlic miced
1/4 cup of mayo
4 Kaisher Rolls
Lettuce leaves
sliced tomato



In Large bowl mix the first nine ingredients, just until combined. Form 4 nice sized patties. Grill for about 3 minutes a side or until opaque. While patties are on the grill combine minced garlic and mayo and hot sauce. Remove patties and let stand for a few minutes and prep kaisher rolls. To the rolls add the mayo mixture lettuce and tomato. Then add patty and serve. Hope you enjoy!!
