Cajun Smokey Bourbon Burger

Ingredients

Burger
3/4 pound ground Chuck
2 tps. cajun Seasoning
1/4 tbs Jack Daniels Bourbon
11/4 cup Portabella Mushrooms minced
1/4 tbs La Hot Sauce
1/3 tsp Organic Sea Salt
1/3 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1/3 tsb garlic powder
1 Sesame seeded Large Bun
1 slice of Smoked Gouda Cheese
1 to 2 tsp Jalepenos
1/2 Purple Onion Sliced Thin
4 Pieces of Romaine Lettuce
1 Large Homegrown Tomato
1/4 tsb Grey Poupon Mild
Creamy Potato Logs
1 Large Potato
Tony's Seasoning Flour

 

Instructions

Mix ground beef, Mushrooms, bourbon, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Let get room Tempurature and form into patties. Turn on griddle and cook beef until med well. Put Gouda cheese on Meat until slightly melted. Set meat aside to rest while toasting seseme seed bun. After toasting bun. Spread Grey Poupon Mild and Creamy on one side of Bun with Romain Lettuce and Tomato and 2 slices Onion. On Other side of bun spread the Poupon and put grilled burger on this side. Add Jalepenos. Leave open faced. Now, you need to prepare the potato logs. Wash potatos and cut into large sections (skins on), soak in cold ice water (10 min). Remove and take your flour and add Tony's seasoning with it in Ziplock bag (mix well) Add potatoes and shake. Prepare oil to hot and deep fry till brown. Serve fries with ketchsup and laid around the burger straight up all the way around. Enjoy
