California burger

3 lbs.Ground Beef
1T. Seasoned salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 T. au jus seasoning packet mix
1/8 c. breadcrumbs
6 kaiser buns (toasted, and buttered)
10 strips bacon-crisp
1/2 c. Mushrooms
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper
1 T. Butter
6 leafs Romaine lettuce
6 slices Colby cheese
2 Avacados
1 t. garlic powder
1t. onion powder
1/8 C. tomato diced
1 t. lime juice



lightly spread kaiser buns with butter and toast lightly on grill. remove and set aside. Fry 10 strips smoked bacon in pan till crisp. Set aside till needed and warm on grill. Slice mushrooms with butter and worcestershire sauce and pinch of salt and pepper. wrap in foil and put on warm grill. let cook 10 min. Mix ground beef with seasoned salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and au jus seasoning mix. remove cooked mushrooms from foil and dice up. Add to ground beef mixture. Form into patties, place on hot grill. Cook each side 5-6 min. prepare avacado spread. Clean and deseed i tomato. finley dice for 1/8 cup. Scoop out inside of both avacodos and mix in tomatos, lime juice, onion and garlic powder, and pinch of salt. Spread on toasted kaiser buns. wrap pre-cooked bacon in foil and re-heat on grill. Assemble burgers: Place on piece colby cheeese on each burger last minuite of cooking. place each patty on toasted bun bottom. Next put 2 slices of bacon criss cross on each patty. Put 1 romaine leaf on each burger and top with avacado spread covered bun top. Enojoy a delicious flavorful juicy burger!
