Canadian “Tourtierre” Burger

1 Small Potato
1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1 1/2 tsp. Allspice
1/4 tsp.ground cloves
1 Onion, diced
3 cloves minced garlic
1/8 C. Beef Stock
Salt & Pepper
Large Flaky Biscuits



1. Bake Potato or Cook In Microwave 2. Set aside to cool 3. In bowl, combine ground beef, allspice, cloves, onion, garlic, salt, pepper & beef stock 4. Using a fork, crumble in cooked potato and mix entire mixture together very well. 5. Cook on grill until medium-well. 6. Slice, butter, and re-heat biscuits on grill 7. Place burger on biscuit roll and top with ketchup
