Cantonese Burger
Ingredients
1 egg 1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
2 tablespoons shredded carrot
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs ground rounf
6 grilled pineapple rings
6 pitas
1/2 cup plum sauce
1 bag of fresh spinach
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, oil and soy sauce. Stir in the bread crumbs, peanuts, carrots and garlic powder. Crumble ground chuck over mixture and mix well. Shape into six patties. Grill uncovered, over medium-hot coals, until the juices run clear. Then place pinapple rings one grill for 30 secs. one each side. Serve in pita with spinach, pinapple rings and plum sauce.
