Caribbean Jerk Pork Burgers w/ Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Pork
1/3 cup of Jerk Seasoning
1 egg
3 tablespoons of plain bread crumbs
1 can pineapple rings
1/2 red onion
1/3 cup red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
4 tablespoon of melted butter
6 hawaiian sweet roll buns
non stick cooking spray

 

Instructions

Put ground pork in a bowl and jerk seasoning, egg and plain bread crumbs. Mix well with your hands. Make 6 patties. To make the grilled Pineapple salsa drain the pineapple rings spray grill put pineapple rings on grill in about 2-3 minutes turn pineapple over thier should be grill marks 2-3 minutes until grill marks take off grill let cool about 5 minutes. Get a bowl cut up pineapple put in bowl dice onion and red bellpepper put in bowl. Remove seeds and dice up jalapeno pepper put in bowl mix well.
Spray grill and place pork burgers on grill for approx. 12 minutes until done. Insert meat thermometer to make sure the pork is cooked throughly. Take your Hawaiian buns and brush with butter place on grill until brown. Time to assemble burgers place burger on bun put grilled pineapple salsa on burger place bun on top and serve.
