This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


1 lb.ground sirloin
1 egg (beaten)
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs
2 tsp.worchestersere sauc
1/2 tsp.italian seasoning
1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1 tsp butter



combine all ingredients except butter and mix well……divide mixture into 4 equal shaped burgers….take 1 tsp of butter and put into center of burger and grill….the butter keeps the burgers from drying out……enjoy..
