Carribean Burger with Pineapple Mango Salsa

Pineapple (Diced)
Mango (Diced) Brown sugar Jalapeno (Diced) Fresh Cilantro (Chopped) Lime (Juiced) Ground Sirloin Billy Bones BBQ Sauce (For Mixing) Worsterchire sauce Lawry’s Seasoning Onion Bun Lettuce Red Onion (Sliced) Bacon (2 Strips) Roma Tomato (Sliced) Provolone



Pineapple Mango Salsa
-1 ea Pineapple small diced
-1 ea Mango small diced
-1 ea Jalapeno minced
-1/4 cup Brown sugar
-1/2 ea Lime juiced
-1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
Mix all ingredients and set aside for later. You will need about 1/4 cup.
-3/4 Pound Ground sirloin
-1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
-1 T seasoning
-1 T Worstechire
Mix the BBQ sauce, worsteschire, and the  seasoning in with the ground sirloin and then make your individual patties. Cook to your desired prefrence and add the cheese.
-1 slice provolone cheese
-1 ea Onion Bun
-1 ea piecce of lettuce
-1 slice Red onion
-2 slices roma tomato
-2 strips bacon
Grill the bun and remove from the grill. Place the patty on the bun and stack the lettuce, red onion, Roma tomato, and bacon. Scoop a little salsa on top and place the top portion of the bun and enjoy
