Cesar Salad Beef Burger

1 1/2 pounds 90% beef
1 egg
2 tablesppons milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs seasonings….
salt and garlic powder,
2 tablespoons of merlot
1/2 pound cheddar cheese
4 Hamburger rolls….toasted
1 head romaine
olive oil
parmesan cheese



In a large bowl put the egg , milk , seasonings, ketchup and merlot . Whisk all together. Then whisk in the bread crumbs. Let stand for 5 minutes. With a 2 prong fork air beat in the hamberger meat. When beaten up and fluffy divide meat into 4 portions. Take each patty and put it in palm of hand and make a little well. Take a piece of the cheddar and place in well. Evenly put hamburger over the cheese to close the cheese in. Round up the burger so all cheese is enclosed. Continue with the rest of the burgers. Meantime heat grill to 350° Spray grill with pam and put burgers on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Put buns on the grill for the last 45 seconds. While burgers are cooking , Get a bowl and rub the bottom of it with a clove of garlic, then some salt and pepper. Put the romaine in and toss so it is coated with the salt and pepper. Pour olive oil over leaves to coat all. Squeeze lemon on taste and correct seasonings. Sprinkle parmesian cheese on top.
