Vidalia salad dressing
Prepare sirloin beef patties. Then slice on horizontal into 2 halves. Add 1/8 cup chopped Asigo cheese. Put halves together and seal sides to slow down leaking of cheese. Salt/pepper both sides and let sit till grilling. Cook onions and mushrooms in 1/2 stick butter till slightly soft. Add in 1 cup or so of wine and reduce till you get a nice sticky glaze.Salt/pepper to tast after reduction.
Grill burgers over mesquite chips till done. Grill buns untill browned. Build your burger on buns with lettuce and top with you wine, mushroom and onion glaze.
Then top all with a 50/50 mix of Vidalia dressing and ketchup.
