Cheddarpeno Burger

1.5 lbs twice ground beef brisket
3 fresh jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp Worcestshire Sauce
2 cups finely shredded cheddar and monterrey jack cheese (from a combined package)
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Toasted Kaiser Roll Buns
3 avacados sliced thin
6 1/2" slices of tomatoes
3 cups shredded lettuce
6 tbsp mayonnaise



Place brisket in bowl. Wash, seed, devein and finely chop the jalapenos and add to meat mixture. Add the worcestshire sauce, cheeses, garlic, salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients by hand and form 6 burger patties. Cook on medium grill, 6 minutes each side. Slightly toast Kaiser bun on grill. Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise evenly on the inside of each pair of buns. As the burgers come off the grill, place them directly on the mayonnais-side of the buns. Top each burger with 1/2 sliced avocado, 1 tomato slice and 1/2 cup shredded lettuce,
