Cheese Bacon Burger W/ BBQ Horseradish Chutney

I love BBQ Beef with horseradish sauce and thought it would make a great Burger topping as well.

Ingredients:

Burger

One and a half pounds 90% or better ground beef

One Avacodo mashed

2 TB Dried Onion

2 TB Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon

1 TB Chili Powder

1 TB Garlic Chopped

1TB Prepared Horseradish

1 TSP Cumin

1 TSP Black Pepper

1/2 TSP Salt

BBQ Horseradish Chutney

4 Cups Thinly Sliced Red Onions

1/4 Cup Cabernet Sauvignon

1/4 Cup Brown Suger

2 TB Prepared Horseradish

2 TB Lemon Juice

2 TB White Vinegar

1 TB Chili Powder

1 TB Paprika

1 TSP Lea and Perrins Wor Sauce

1 TSP Black Pepper

12 Slices Hickory Smoked Bacon

6 Slices Chedder Cheese

6 Kings Hawiaan Sandwich Buns

Instructions:

In a large Bowl Mix all burger ingredients throughly

Shape into 6 burgers

Heat Grill to 400F

Place sliced onions on hot grill till brown on one side, turn and brown the other side.

Place grilled onions and all other chutney ingredients in a disposable aluminum pan, Stir throughly leave on grill till it comes to a boil stirring often about 15 minutes.

Place bacon in disposable aluminum pan cook on the grill till crisp.

Grill burgers till cooked to your liking I prefer med well
Top with slice of Cheese to melt, place buns on grill to toast, top with 2 slices of Bacon some BBQ Chutney place on toasted buns and enjoy, .
